Al-Humaza
  1. 104.1
    1
    بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ وَيْلٌۭ لِّكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍۢ لُّمَزَةٍ.
    Woe to every (kind of) scandal-monger and-backbiter,
  2. 104.2
    2
    ٱلَّذِى جَمَعَ مَالًۭا وَعَدَّدَهُۥ.
    Who pileth up wealth and layeth it by,
  3. 104.3
    3
    يَحْسَبُ أَنَّ مَالَهُۥٓ أَخْلَدَهُۥ.
    Thinking that his wealth would make him last for ever!
  4. 104.4
    4
    كَلَّا ۖ لَيُنۢبَذَنَّ فِى ٱلْحُطَمَةِ.
    By no means! He will be sure to be thrown into That which Breaks to Pieces,
  5. 104.5
    5
    وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا ٱلْحُطَمَةُ.
    And what will explain to thee That which Breaks to Pieces?
  6. 104.6
    6
    نَارُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُوقَدَةُ.
    (It is) the Fire of (the Wrath of) Allah kindled (to a blaze),
  7. 104.7
    7
    ٱلَّتِى تَطَّلِعُ عَلَى ٱلْأَفْـِٔدَةِ.
    The which doth mount (Right) to the Hearts:
  8. 104.8
    8
    إِنَّهَا عَلَيْهِم مُّؤْصَدَةٌۭ.
    It shall be made into a vault over them,
  9. 104.9
    9
    فِى عَمَدٍۢ مُّمَدَّدَةٍۭ.
    In columns outstretched.
