بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ إِذَا زُلْزِلَتِ ٱلْأَرْضُ زِلْزَالَهَا.
When the earth is shaken to her (utmost) convulsion,
99.2
2
وَأَخْرَجَتِ ٱلْأَرْضُ أَثْقَالَهَا.
And the earth throws up her burdens (from within),
99.3
3
وَقَالَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ مَا لَهَا.
And man cries (distressed): 'What is the matter with her?'-
99.4
4
يَوْمَئِذٍۢ تُحَدِّثُ أَخْبَارَهَا.
On that Day will she declare her tidings:
99.5
5
بِأَنَّ رَبَّكَ أَوْحَىٰ لَهَا.
For that thy Lord will have given her inspiration.
99.6
6
يَوْمَئِذٍۢ يَصْدُرُ ٱلنَّاسُ أَشْتَاتًۭا لِّيُرَوْا۟ أَعْمَٰلَهُمْ.
On that Day will men proceed in companies sorted out, to be shown the deeds that they (had done).
99.7
7
فَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍ خَيْرًۭا يَرَهُۥ.
Then shall anyone who has done an atom's weight of good, see it!
99.8
8
وَمَن يَعْمَلْ مِثْقَالَ ذَرَّةٍۢ شَرًّۭا يَرَهُۥ.
And anyone who has done an atom's weight of evil, shall see it.
